Abougoush Law – Your Employment Lawyers
We know every case is unique – so we made our fees flexible
At Abougoush Law, we take a nuanced and adaptive approach to fee arrangements, recognizing that every client’s situation is unique. Our approach provides a more individualized experience, offering flexibility in fee arrangements to accommodate distinct requirements and financial situations, and transparency in fee calculations to avoid unexpected surprises.
By aligning our interests with yours, we ensure a unwavering commitment to your case, focused on achieving the best possible outcome. This approach allows us to make high-quality legal representation more accessible and affordable, giving you peace of mind as we navigate your case together. Ultimately, our goal is to build long-term relationships founded on trust, communication, and exceptional value, reflecting a broader shift in the legal profession towards more client-centric and adaptable approaches.

our fee structure
Contingency Fee Structure: A contingency fee structure means that Abougoush Law, Employment Lawyers, only gets paid if they successfully resolve your case. The fee is typically a percentage of the settlement or award, and it’s paid only if the lawyer achieves a positive outcome. This approach can be beneficial for clients who may not have the financial resources to pay upfront fees. If the case is not successful, the client is not responsible for paying the lawyer’s fee.
Hourly Fee Structure: With an hourly fee structure, you’ll be billed for the actual time Abougoush Law, Employment Lawyers, spends working on your case. This fee is based on the lawyer’s hourly rate, and you’ll be charged for every hour or fraction of an hour worked. This approach can be beneficial if your case requires ongoing work or negotiations, but it can be challenging to predict the total cost. You’ll typically receive regular billing statements to track the hours worked and the corresponding charges.
Flat Fee Structure: A flat fee structure involves paying a single, fixed fee for a specific service or scope of work. This approach provides predictability and budgeting ease, as you’ll know exactly how much you’ll pay. Flat fees are often used for well-defined tasks, such as drafting employment contracts or representing clients in a specific type of hearing. Be sure to understand what’s included in the flat fee and what services are extra.
Hybrid Fee Structure: A hybrid fee structure combines elements of different fee arrangements, offering a customized approach to billing. For example, Abougoush Law, Employment Lawyers, might charge a flat fee for initial services, then switch to an hourly or contingency fee for subsequent work. This approach can provide flexibility and allow the lawyer to adapt to the specific needs and complexities of your case. When discussing a hybrid fee structure, be sure to ask about the specifics of how the fee will be calculated and what you can expect to pay overall.
