The legal practice is led by Omar, a dedicated advocate with a strong foundation in Employment Law, driven by a passion for resolving workplace disputes and serving clients with integrity and professionalism.
Omar began his journey as a Power Engineer in the oil fields of Alberta before making a change to pursue a career in law. After graduating from Bond University, Omar worked for a large law firm where he gained valuable experience in all areas of Civil Litigation, such as Tenancy Disputes, Builder’s Liens, Contract Breaches, and of course, Employment Law. Omar found a passion for workplace disputes shortly after obtaining a successful outcome for a client in his first wrongful dismissal case.
Omar decided to further pursue this newfound passion and dedicated his time and energy towards all aspects of Employment law, Labour law for Federal workers, Human Rights law for the types of discrimination that can happen in the workplace, among many others. Now renowned for unwavering client trust and loyalty, Omar exemplifies professionalism by continuing his record of advocating for client interests, his commitment to ethical representation, and continuously setting new standards for legal excellence. In his free time, Omar enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, and purchasing things that he does not need.
